Instrument Snapshot
The Zeiss Axio Observer features a stable inverse microscope platform for demanding multimodal imaging of living and fixed specimens. Use fast switchable LEDs or go for powerful and economic white-light sources in combination with the fast filter wheel for highest spectral flexibility and speed. Overall, expect reliability and reproducibility with this microscope.
Applications that this microscope can be used for are cell cultures, fixed, thin tissue slices, small organisms, bacteria cultures, etc.
