We are studying the dynamics of matrix assembly by human fibroblasts as they are producing tissue. The CILS facilities, particularly the confocal microscope with live imaging capabilities, has been indispensable to us. The team there has been wholly supportive and has enabled us to procure data we only dreamed about having previously. In fact, less than a week ago, I put fresh images from CILS directly into an NIH R01 proposal just in time for submission. It was the key missing piece of preliminary data I needed. So, thank you, CILS!
